The City (1994)
The City by James Herbert

Graphic scenes.

A graphic novel. A sort of 'comic book' continuation of The Rats. (Illustrated by Ian Miller).

This book is a fourth extension to the "rats" saga, after "The Rats", "Lair" and "Domain". It maps a chilling post-apocalyptic future where the pathetic remnants of mankind scrape out an existence in ruins under the menacing new order of the rats.
